Questions

What are Stripe's fees on $100?

$3.20 for a US card charged online, so you receive $96.80. With an international card it's $4.70.

Does Stripe refund fees when I refund a payment?

No. Stripe keeps the processing fee when you refund a charge.

How do I pass Stripe fees to customers?

Use "Price for a target" with the amount you want to receive. The result is what to charge so the fee comes out of the customer's side. Check your local rules on surcharging first.
